a little playlist

The sky is grey and I’m in bed listening to some music. I’m the kind of person who needs to have some  background music that match with the weather and my mood.

So I wanted to share few songs I really liked this past few months even if some of them have been out for a while now.

Sit down,relax and enjoy!

hope you enjoyed this little playlist!

Those who inspire me to live the fit life

Such as many people, I am on the endless journey of loving myself. We all have our own issues but mine is that I don’t like my body. I’m not saying, I’m fat or anything but I don’t like what I see in the mirror and I don’t want to feel this way anymore. The problem is I have an unhealthy relationship with food! I used to eat anything at anytime of the day. I could wake up at night and said to myself “it’s time to have a snack” even if I wasn’t hungry. So the first step I took was to stop eating between meals, I also stop drinking sodas or eating biscuits or things with a lot of sugar in it. But as we all know, eating well without doing any activities is pretty much pointless. Over the past few years I always had some kind of activities, for about 9 years I took dance class and for 2/3 years I went to the gym. But something was missing, I wasn’t enjoying myself and it was more like an obligation than something I really wanted to do. So this year, I decided to change. In september,  I started aeroboxe and another style of dance (hip hop). So now, every weeks, I have around 4 hours of activities (plus the 2 hours I have in high school but we don’t do much so ..). I’ve also started to run every sunday and I found myself really enjoying it.

But it’s really hard to be motivated all the time, especially because you can’t see results before a few months. So, many times I’ve been down and decided to stop everything because I thought it was pointless.

But some people inspire me to keep trying, to work harder.

Lea Michele

Chloé ( from http://www.lapenderiedechloe.com/ )

Seeing their pictures on my instagram field every day help me to keep working, to not give up and to be a badass!

After those few months, I realized that I wasn’t doing this just to be “good looking” but because of this amazing feeling you can have after a workout.

The burn feels good, am I right ?

Of course I’m not saying that I eat salad every day! time to time I like eating a cookie or a pizza (even if I feel a little bit guilty after it!) and I’m far from achieving my goal, from being as stronger as I want to be. But all that matters is that I keep working and someday I will be really proud of myself and of my body !

(Sorry if I made some mistakes, it’s my first time posting something in english)
